Processing Times

Non-Customized Items

• Ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

Customized Items

• Personalized and engraved pieces are made especially for you and will be processed and shipped within 7 business days.

Please note that if your order includes both customized and non-customized items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your destination. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
